Communication shipping schedule with customer
Handle all process for all export shipments (booking, shipping, invoice)
Follow Engineering Invoice (Tooling/Sample invoice) processing
Take care of customer claims
Handle any problem with forwarder/customs
Make customs BOMs
Check and arrange payment to forwarder
Manage declaration sheets returned from customs broker and file record
Preparation documents to get C/O from government, then send to customer
Work on others task from Manager
Yêu cầu
1) Degree: International Business Economic field, Import - Export, Logistics or related field;
2) Experience: At least 1 year in declaration customs on E-customs system
3) English: Good communication in English skills
4) Others:

- Willing to learn
