Mô tả công việc
- Receive and process customer orders (Purchase Orders - POs).
- Prepare and manage export documentation: Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (C/O), etc..
- Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely production and shipment.
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to arrange shipment and customs clearance.
- Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms and customs regulations.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's/College degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 1 year at same position.
- Fluent in English, Chiniese communication, reading and writing.
- Good at MS office package.
- Highly responsibility, cooperate in working.
- Good health.
