Mô tả công việc
- Handle Air/sea export shipment from Vietnam to Overseas
- Follow export shipment, contact to carrier/coloader to get booking confirmation, send booking confirmation to LG and related parties.
- Submit SI,VGM, [protected info] carrier/coloader on time.
- Take care correct document for each shipment
- Input data to system, tracing shipment and follow payment if any.
- Solve problem, find the solution for every responsible jobs.
- To handle other tasks assigned by Team leader.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree in Economics/ Foreign Language/ Foreign Trade/ Finance or equivalent
- Tertiary qualifications with relevant work experience or knowledge of forwarding, logistics industry processes and practices with a minimum of one (1) year experience in the same industry.
- Experience in using GERP systems for bookings, documentation, shipping document ...
- Good English communication skills
