The purpose of this position is to oversee facility management and safety programs across an assigned portfolio, manage operational and financial performance in accordance with account KPIs and ensure high service standards, compliance, and sustainable account growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including senior stakeholders, ensuring high service standards and effective communication on facility performance, inspections, audits, emergency preparedness, and work progress.
• Manage daily facility management operations across the portfolio, including planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring KPI compliance and accurate reporting through the work order system.
• Secure contract renewals, support service expansion, and contribute to
business development activities, including solution design and account mobilization/demobilization.
• Ensure full compliance with national and local regulations, safety standards, QSHE requirements, and client specific compliance frameworks; actively promote safe work practices.
• Lead client account inspections, ensure timely issue resolution, and drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Take ownership of P&L performance, including cost control, profitability, capital planning, energy management initiatives, and corrective actions for financial variances.
• Manage vendor and supplier performance, oversee outsourced contracts, and support RFPs and contract negotiations to ensure optimal service and pricing.
• Provide people leadership through supervision, coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development in collaboration with HR.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 10 years of experience in facilities management or building operations.
- Strong financial knowledge, including P&L management and business data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- Proven leadership ability, capable of managing complex situations and influencing decision‐makers.
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment and under pressure.
- Flexible availability based on business operational needs.
