F&B Ambassador

ABOUT THE ROLE
The F&B Service Ambassador will provide exceptional and personalized butler services to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay, in accordance to established SOPs on Butler Service This role involves anticipating guest needs, offering tailored services, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The F&B Service Ambassador will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, providing support for special requests, events, and daily needs
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Deliver exceptional and personalized guest service by anticipating needs, handling requests promptly, and ensuring a welcoming experience at all times.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest support and smooth daily operations.
Assist guests with reservations, transportation arrangements, itineraries, and special requests.
Support the planning and execution of guest events, celebrations, and customized dining or leisure experiences.
Maintain guest areas, service equipment, and records to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and functionality.
Supervise and support junior team members while promoting consistent service excellence.
Handle cash transactions and utilize hotel systems (POS, guest request management, room assignments, etc.) accurately.
Respond effectively to emergency situations and perform additional duties as required to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
