Prepare dining areas and service stations, serving food and beverages according to standards, coordinating with culinary and service teams, and maintaining smooth service flow throughout operations
Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, product knowledge, and effective handling of guest requests, inquiries, and feedback.
Promote menu items, beverages, and special offers through upselling techniques while maintaining strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverage offerings, and promotional activities.
Assist with inventory replenishment, stock control, equipment maintenance, and operational readiness to support efficient outlet performance and minimize wastage.
Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Yêu cầu
1+ year of experience in the relevant roles.
Relevant education certifications.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards, restaurant operations, and guest service procedures.
Good English communication skills.
