Oversee daily operations of all A-la-carte restaurants, ensuring smooth service and high-quality guest experience
Maintain and enforce brand standards, SOPs, hygiene, and food safety regulations (HACCP)
Maximize revenue, average check, and overall outlet profitability
Collaborate with Culinary team on menu planning, pricing, and promotions
Monitor sales performance, guest feedback, and market trends to drive business strategies
Control costs including food, beverage, labor, and minimize waste and breakage
Lead, train, and develop restaurant teams to ensure high performance and service excellence
Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower efficiently based on business levels
Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution with a professional approach
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency across all outlets
Prepare reports, forecasts, and action plans to achieve financial and operational targets
Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and health & safety regulations
Yêu cầu
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Food & Beverage, including at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within A-la-carte restaurants in a 4-5 star hotel or resort
Strong leadership and team management skills
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experience
Good financial awareness with experience in budgeting and cost control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven mindset
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and hygiene practices
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
