F&B Manager - Alba & Alba Spa Hotels

To ensure service delivery at every point of sale in the Food and Beverage Department, to supervises and co-ordinates the Food and Beverage Department.
Manage all Restaurants and Bar and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
Identify the customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Liaise on an on-going basis with the Sales Department to ensure all client needs and requirements will be met.
Work with the Chef, Assistant Restaurant Manager and Supervisor to ensure all arrangements and details are dealt with.
Establish a rapport with groups to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
Supervise all staff including selecting, training, evaluating, scheduling, counselling and disciplining in accordance to the company policies.
Maintaining an annual leave roster for high% low occupancy periods.
Work with the Chef and Food & Beverage Supervisor to ensure all arrangements and details are dealt with.
Initiating measures to minimize all wastage of cutleries and equipment are used in the department.
Minimize number of customer complaints.
Send the weekly/monthly/yearly report to GM
Performing other duties that may be assigned by GM
