- Develop and implement sales strategies for F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets, events, catering, etc.).
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, agencies, and individual customers.
- Prepare sales plans, proposals, quotations, contracts, and follow up on execution.
- Coordinate with F&B operation, kitchen, and marketing teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor revenue performance, analyze market trends and competitors, and propose sales improvement solutions.
- Manage, train, and support the F&B sales team (if applicable).
- Prepare periodic sales and revenue reports for Management.
Yêu cầu
- College/University degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales role within hotel, restaurant, or F&B industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of F&B market, corporate clients, and MICE segment is an advantage.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under sales pressure.
