Mô tả công việc
• Check all necessary items for service: glassware, cloth, silverware... to ensure service standards of the Resort.
• Organize decoration, arrange tables and chairs and eating utensils according to the standards of the Resort
• Monitor and supervise the service process of employees to ensure the correct implementation of professional processes and appropriate staffing and rotation.
• Solve all problems that arise during service
• Coordinating and participating in service, ensuring service quality
• Observe, support and respond to customer requests
• Maximizing restaurant profit by applying sale skills
• Keeping annoucements about promotions, resort's events or events happening in resort and informing guests of those clearly and concisely
• Support, handle and report customer complaints and dissatisfaction
• Organize the cleaning of equipment and tools before and after service
• Ensure equipment and tools are stored in the right place
• Periodically make statistics and report on the number of tools, tools and equipment damaged and lost
• Regularly inspecting the front and back areas of department to make sure service zone, serving procedures, standard of sanitation, repairing and maintaining procedures, staff manners fit with standards and take actions when necessary
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
Yêu cầu
• Graduated from high school and higher
• Priority is given to candidates with 01 or more years of experience in the same position
• Good English communication
• Being perfect in leadership, organization and training
