Mô tả công việc
- Communicate with mills and offer correct fabric prices to marketing teams based on clean sheeting.
- Suggest the right mills to work with
- Offer technical input on fabrics.
- Develop fabrics and get them approved before orders are placed.
- Take complete control of lab dip, strike off and yarn skein process and complete them before order is placed. Reduce lead time for lab dip process from current three weeks to 70% within one week and rest 30% within 2 weeks.
- Negotiate fabric prices/shipping method/payment method before order is placed.
- Counter-develop fabrics so that we have all running qualities approved with 23 mills.
- Give support and make periodic fabric collections.
- Develop and maintain a fabric library and showroom.
- Take lead on sustainability.
- Gather and disseminate market intelligence.
- Conduct Risk assessment for all fabric and do PP meetings before order is placed to mills
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
