• Manage complex Detail Files and oversee comprehensive PO Management across multiple product lines.
• Lead effective factory and buyer communications to negotiate timelines, track Order T&A, and provide real-time WIP updates.
• Execute Fabric & Accessory Purchase Orders with a high degree of autonomy and precision.
• Proactively address and troubleshoot material-related production issues before they impact the bulk timeline.
• Manage logistics and shipping documentation meticulously, ensuring raw materials clear customs and reach the production facility on schedule.
• Support bulk production management by monitoring raw material readiness and promptly addressing any delays or discrepancies.
• Handle intricate fabric development tasks, including requesting swatches, coordinating lab dips, and tracking strike-offs for buyer approval.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, QA, and Production) to resolve day-to-day troubleshooting issues efficiently.
Yêu cầu
• 3-7 years of direct experience in fabric sourcing at a garment vendor is required.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized University or College.
• Excellent English proficiency (4 skills) for daily business communication.
• High computer literacy, particularly in MS Office (Excel advanced).
• High sense of responsibility, exceptional teamwork, and outstanding communication skills.
