- Be responsible for analyzing and resolving product or system failures
- Be responsible for ensuring that root causes are identified and effective corrective actions are implemented
- Be responsible for the meeting with customer, presentation to customer.
- Presentation to customer in the regular MTG with customer.
- Perform detailed failure analysis to identify root causes of product defects and system issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, and quality) to develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Document findings and solutions, creating comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain failure analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct tests and simulations to verify corrective actions and ensure the integrity of solutions.
- Monitor and analyze failure trends to proactively address potential risks.
- Provide technical support and recommendations to minimize failures.
- Communicate findings and updates to internal teams and clients as required.
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
-1-3 year's experience in quality management is preferable.
-Must: English communication (TOEIC 700 or above)
- Better: Japanese communication (JLPT N3 or above)
-Knowledge of MS Office and related software.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
