*** FACILITIES I
• Operate facilities equipment and control system smoothly within specification required.
• Performed Shift R&R and site assessment as assigned, support utility hookup during tool move in period.
• Escalate to shift leader any abnormalities of system.
• Pass down full information to incoming shift and outgoing shift per building as assigned by Shift Leader.
• Support other teams: PM, Pd.M. team to shutdown/LOTO equipment for maintenance
• Participate and perform troubleshooting for facility equipment.
• Trouble shooting involve in HVAC system, electrical, lighting, water, extra support for building.
• Fully attend safety training and compliance safety procedure as customer requirement.
• Support all subcontractors work at site.
• Support shift leader to make report and any analysis.
• Data profile for each system and document control as log sheet, SOP, SOO and other as assigned.
• Responsible for smooth operation and tight control facilities equipment - expect no human error to cause interruption.
• Follow strictly on escalation process to department supervisor and manager about any abnormalities of system.
• Follow strictly on available RFC, SOO, SOP
• Participate and contribute to making documents for operation such as SOP, SOO, RFC, PTP, SIPP
• Daily communication updates, weekly, monthly report on plant facility status such as performance trending.
• Ensures all compliance, safety, operations and maintenance procedures, RFC, SOO are constantly reviewed, updated.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
*** FACILITIES II
• Manage individual shift team members and responsible for any activities and incident on site during working shift.
• Lead and be responsible for shift pass down meeting and daily tool box meeting with team members.
• Support and give instructions for shift operators to familiarize with facility system such as power distribution system, Mechanical Wet, Mechanical Dry, Automation, Process and Building Service.
• Responsible for smooth operation and tight control facilities equipment - expect no human error to cause interruption.
• Responsible for making periodic assigned reports and analytical reports such as PEMS (FMCS), shift reports, load trending, Pass down and other specific assignment
• Follow strictly on escalation process to department supervisor and manager about any abnormalities of system.
• Follow strictly on available RFC, SOO, SOP
• Participate and contribute to making documents for operation such as SOP, SOO, RFC, PTP, SIPP
• Coordinate and support other teams PM, CM, PDM electrical and mechanical team in their daily tasks to prevent any interruption
• Lead shift team to perform troubleshooting for any facility equipment of DMT1 & DMT2 manufacturing tool.
• Lead to team to perform site assessment and verification in response to Action Line and customers' requests on all system during working shift
• Attend safety training and ensure zero safety incidents for team.
• Support sub-contractor work at site
• Take initiative contribute to root-cause analysis and system improvement
• Strictly comply with all safety guideline by First Solar
• Follow strictly all RFC and coordinate with Operation for any planned activities on site
• Take a lead to perform any corrective maintenance on any machine failure.
• Participate in team to perform root-cause analysis and system reliability improvement.
• Participate all required safety, tool and technical trainings assigned by Company.
• Ensure that all OPS technicians are fully trained and assessed in Plant Safety and Operational procedures.
• Daily communication updates, weekly, monthly report on plant facility status such as performance trending.
• Operation shift reports review and trending of load checking.
• Log sheet review for any abnormality and system improvement.
• Health assessment report of equipment, analysis and recommendation, required spares and consumables of each equipment or whole systems.
• Incident of equipment investigate and ensure incident report to be sent out within 24 hours and root causes analysis.
• Ensures all compliance, safety, operations and maintenance procedures, RFC, SOO are constantly reviewed, updated.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Education& Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 1 - 5 years relevant technical and supervision in the related field.
• Knowledgeable in Facilities systems such as: MV/LV, HVAC, Compressed Air...
• Used to work for Electronic Manufacturing environment.

3. Having knowledge in Civil, Building, Fire Alarm & Fire Protection system.
4. Be strong in Medium Voltage & HVAC operations.
