Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Facility & Security Officer in AEON MALL Binh Tan.
+ Work location: AEON MALL Binh Tan - No.01, Street 17A, Quarter 11, An Lac Ward, HCMC.
+ Working time: On average 5 days/ week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts/ month), OFF days not fixed on weekends, and required to work on some public holidays.
+ Report to: Executive/ Senior Executive
1. Check services performance of Aeon Delight Vietnam (Service provider) and make suggestion for quality service improvement and cost saving (10%);
2. Coordinate with Aeon Delight Vietnam to solve any incidents of tenants regarding equipments, technical system such as water leaking, broken roller shutter, blackout, etc (15%);
3. Introduce operation procedures and regulations of shopping mall to tenants, suppliers, vendors and follow implementation (15%);
4. Follow all fit-out work, renovation, event set-up in the shopping mall and report the schedules and relevant incidents if any. (15%);
5. Handle facility and security requests from tenants and contractors (10%);
6. Follow all fit out works, renovation, event setting up in shopping mall and report the schedule and relevant incidents if any (15%);
7. Summarize facility and security data & make report as required from supervisors. (10%)
8. Other duties as assigned. (10%)
1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering;
2. Candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience in Building Management/ Operation, Facility Management or related fields are preferred;
3. Have knowledge of technical systems, safety regulations, can check and understand technical drawings;
4. Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
5. Good at Microsoft Office;
6. Have customer focus mindset;
7. Good at teamwork and coping with stress;
8. Willing to work in shift.
