Job Summary
Responsible for conducting factory audits on social compliance, quality systems, and security standards (CTPAT). This role offers exposure to international audit practices and close collaboration with vendors, factories, and global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct factory audits (Human Rights, Quality System, CTPAT) in compliance with company and client standards
- Prepare audit reports, summaries, and documentation (e.g. location maps) on time
- Follow up with vendors and factories on corrective action plans (CAP)
- Support factories/vendors in understanding compliance requirements
- Participate in audits conducted by clients and third-party organizations
- Maintain and update audit database and records daily
Yêu cầu
Requirements
***Must-have
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in auditing / compliance / QA (manufacturing preferred)
- Good English communication (written & spoken)
- Willing to travel frequently
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
***Nice-to-have
- Experience in social compliance / CTPAT / quality audit
- Experience working with international clients or 3rd party auditors
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
