Since 2016, we have grown to support over 300+ students each week, working with a team of highly qualified international and specialist tutors. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Family Relationship Manager (FRM)to join our team.
About the Role
As FRM, you will be the face of ITG, welcoming and supporting students, parents, tutors, and visitors. Acting as the primary point of contact for our families, you will oversee reception services, build strong relationships, and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre. This is a varied and fast-paced role combining client relations, administration, scheduling, and operational support. Working closely with the Office Manager and Director of Operations, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of service and care that ITG is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Customer Service
● Welcome parents, students, tutors, and visitors to the centre
● Respond professionally to phone, email, and WhatsApp / Zalo enquiries
● Provide information about ITG's services and programmes
● Deliver an exceptional client experience at every stage
Administration & Operations
● Support the day-to-day running of the centre
● Manage tutor schedules and lesson bookings
● Maintain accurate student and client records
● Assist with invoicing, payments, and financial administration
● Coordinate office supplies and resource procurement
● Support tutors with operational and administrative matters
Relationship Management
● Build positive relationships with parents, students, tutors, and partners
● Resolve enquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally
● Help maintain the high standards of service ITG is known for

● Support
business development and operational improvement projects
● Contribute ideas to improve systems, efficiency, and client satisfaction
