Mô tả công việc
Fashion Design Assistant supports the design and branding teams in creating tech packs, templates for branding (letterheads, costing sheets, specification sheets), fashion collections, and line drawings. They also assist in artwork setup for customization for brands and clients, mostly in the streetwear and merchandise industry. This role ensures accurate documentation and high-quality designs while maintaining brand consistency. Additionally, they support in developing marketing materials and templates to strengthen the brand's visual identity.
Tech Packs & Samples: Develop and organize tech packs (Illustrator & Canva). Convert samples into tech pack format for Toolbox.
Toolbox Library: Manage trims, embroidery, and print references.
Branding & Marketing: Create structured materials (letterheads, costing sheets, templates, forms).
Fashion Design: Assist with collection designs and line drawings.
Fabric Library: Maintain website and document fabric liability records.
Photoshoots: Support in preparation.
Sales & Customization: Develop sales box materials (booklets, branding). Assist with artwork setup for customization.
Archives & Guidelines: Maintain design files, templates, and internal/external guidelines.
Yêu cầu
Degree or relevant qualification in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
Experience: Entry level
Strong understanding of fashion design principles, branding, and product development
Proficiency in Illustrator, Canva, and Adobe Suite; ability to create structured tech packs and design templates
English (proficient); Vietnamese (preferred)
Detail-oriented, highly organized, strong sense of aesthetics, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
