Mô tả công việc
· Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the fashion design process
· Responsible for giving design direction for the fashion season, and training and managing a team.
· Responsible for all preparing seaonal buyer meeting
· Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seeking design inspiration for preparaing buyer meeting.
· Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes for buyers.
· Develop new product lines, create prototypes, and ensure that everything meets the company's buyers needs for quality and style to present design concepts/Market Intelligence to Buyers
· Designing and creating product design development idea for 3D team
· Support Merchandiser team and production and quality teams whenever needed to guarantee the delivery of the products as designed.
· Planning and developing ranges for buyer meeting.
· Lead and Monitor Fashion Designers Team to ensure with all responsibilities for adpating on company Business needs.
· Liaise closely with sales, buying and production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure the items meets market, Buyer needs and Buyer price points.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion or similar major with min 5y exp/Manager position.
• Massive Knowledge of Garment fashion Industry.
• Previous experience in Fashion & Garment manufactoring in ODM/OEM is a must.
• Excellent design and conceptual skills.
• A creative drive and a keen eye for innovative ideas and trends
• Effective supervisory and organisational skills and strategic thinking.
• Problem solving and decision-making.
• Ability to be a leader but to also know how to motivate team members
• Very hardworking and very passionate about design and fashion ODM/OEM Business.
• Knowledge and interest in Kidwears and Denim Industry.
• Strong interpersonal and good communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and Commercial awareness in ODM Business.
• Very Good English language skills both written and spoken/Good presentation skills for buyer meeting.
