Mô tả công việc
• Collaborate closely with the manager to conceptualize and build cohesive seasonal collections for Saitex Mill and Saigon Blue brands.
• Research and analyze international denim market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform collection direction.
• Create design concepts, mood boards, and technical sketches, develop collection themes, color stories, and silhouette ranges that align with brand positioning and appeal to international customer base.
• Propose strategic combinations of different fabric selections, trim specifications, wash development, and technical package creation to deliver cohesive, market-ready denim products that showcase versatility, innovation and washing expertise.
• Collaborate with the related departments to ensure collections meet international customer needs and commercial objectives and ensure designs are manufacturable and efficient.
Yêu cầu
• University graduation in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Apparel Design, or related field
• Have at least 3-5 years of experience in denim design, preferably in a mill or manufacturing environment with exposure to fabric development and wash processes
• Strong understanding of denim fabric technology, construction methods, and wash processes
• Excellent eye for international trends and ability to translate trends into commercial products that appeal to global markets
• Proficiency in creating detailed technical packages with accurate specifications and documentation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and PLM/design software
• Strong technical skills in garment construction, fit, grading, and pattern making principles
• Knowledge of trim sourcing, specifications, and quality standards
• Ability to create cohesive collections by strategically combining fabrics, washes, and treatments
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of international market preferences and customer requirements
• Passion for sustainable fashion and innovative denim production methods
