Fashion Designer (Expats)

- Working time:
+ 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM, Monday to Friday (Lunch break: 12:00 PM- 1:15 PM)
+ 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM, Saturday
- Direct reporting: Chief Production Officer
- Position summary:
+ Developing apparel products with a strong focus on functionality, fabric construction, durability, cost-efficiency, and usability ensures that each design achieves a balance between aesthetic appeal and practical performance, tailored specifically for the Activewear segment.
+ We are open to foreign candidates living and working in Vietnam
* What you will be doing:
- Design products from concept and moodboard in alignment with brand direction.
- Sketch or create 3D prototypes and graphics for products.
- Sketch/layout for packaging materials, labels, and accessories.
- Select appropriate fabrics and materials for products.
- Coordinate product color schemes.
- Collaborate with the Technical Design team during product development.
- Research trends and propose, implement product development suitable to the brand, seasonal tone, and direction.
- Oversee fitting and wearing processes to ensure product quality, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Collaborate and communicate product ideas to related departments to ensure proper form and design.
- Work with department heads to review and finalize moodboards and new collections.
- Present moodboards and host new collection introductions to factories and relevant departments.
- Collaborate with production team, schedule factory visits, and conduct periodic store reviews.
