Mô tả công việc
• Delivering shifts on time, capturing information about menus, reservations, and special food & drink information of the day.
• Prepare all the necessary tools according to the restaurant menu and related spare tools (towels, crockery, stainless steel, glass, spices...), arrange the dining table according to the standard.
• Serve food and drinks to customers according to standard procedures, ensure quality, decorate, clean according to standards, observe guests and promptly meet customer requirements.
• Record and report to superiors the events taking place during their shift. Report broken tools, lost at the end of shift, consciously preserve and protect Resort property.
• Inspecting safety, fire and explosion, cleaning banquet rooms, restaurants and related areas at the end of shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu
• Graduating from high school and higher
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the same position
