Mô tả công việc
1. Food & Beverage Operations
Assist with daily outlet operations.
Support outlet opening and closing procedures.
Prepare tables and service areas.
Replenish operating supplies and guest amenities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
2. Guest Service
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly manner.
Support Associates during meal service.
Introduce menus and basic outlet information.
Respond to basic guest enquiries promptly.
Support personalized guest experiences.
3. Russian Guest Support
Communicate with Russian-speaking guests.
Assist guests with menu information and basic enquiries.
Provide language support during F&B service.
Assist in communicating guest requests to relevant Associates.
Support personalized service for Russian-speaking guests.
4. Service Support
Assist with food and beverage service when required.
Support order taking and service procedures.
Assist with buffet and event setups.
Support special promotions and Resort events.
Follow established service standards and procedures.
5. Safety & Quality
Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of service areas.
Handle equipment and operating supplies properly.
Report service or safety issues promptly.
Follow Resort policies and F&B standards.

Yêu cầu
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage, Languages, or a related field.
Working experience:
No prior work experience is required.
Previous internship or customer service experience is an advantage.
Professional knowledge and skills:
Basic understanding of hospitality and guest service principles.
Interest in Food & Beverage operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Attitude and behaviours
Friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Professional appearance in accordance with Resort grooming standards.
Responsible, proactive, and a strong team player.
Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
Language proficiency
Native Russian speaker or Russian national with fluent Russian communication skills.
Basic spoken and written English for daily workplace communication.
Additional language skills are an advantage.
Other skills
Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Physically fit to support Food & Beverage operations.
Basic Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
Working experience:
