We are seeking a results-oriented, self-motivated professional to join us as a Sales Executive / Sales Engineer. This is a fully remote position based in Ho Chi Minh City, focused on driving growth within the Vietnamese market.
• Account Management: Strengthen relationships with existing customers to identify new opportunities and increase sales volume.

Business Development: Actively hunt for and develop new customer accounts within the electronics manufacturing and lighting sectors.
• Technical Support: Provide product information and technical guidance to clients regarding electronics components.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and preparing quotations to closing deals.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor local industry trends and competitor activity to provide feedback to regional management.
• Reporting: Generate regular sales data and progress reports for management review.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or a "buyer" position within the electronics or related manufacturing field.
• Education: A diploma/degree in Electronics Engineering, Business, or a related field (NITEC equivalent or higher).
• Language Skills: * Proficiency in English for internal communication and reporting.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high self-discipline.
o Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office products; knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
