Finance & Accounting Operations
Oversee the full spectrum of Finance & Accounting operations.
Take over the Chief Accountant role when required while functioning as Finance Manager.
Lead and directly execute key financial activities, including cash flow management, financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
Financial Advisory & Business Planning
Act as a financial advisor to the CEO.
Support budget control, financial cost management, financial leverage, and funding strategies.
Provide finance planning, analysis, and strategy support for business decisions.
Banking Relations & Team Performance
Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Assess, optimize, and improve the performance of the current team.
Report directly to the CEO.

Education & Experience
Proven experience in both Chief Accountant scope, including operations, compliance, and tax, and Finance functions, including planning, analysis, and strategy.
Background in Trading/Retail companies, with experience in companies of similar revenue scale, VND 300-500 billion/year.
Skills & Competencies
Strong hands-on capability and ability to fully handle accounting responsibilities.
Solid experience in high-growth environments.
Strong capability in cash flow management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
Strong banking network and experience working with banks.
Able to support financial leverage, funding strategies, cost management, and budget control.
Language / Other Requirements
Good English.
