Mô tả công việc
- Working with QS team to build construction budget for project, package; update contract, variation orders and payment;
- Reconcile accounting data for budget, cash flow reporting monthly;
- Checking contract, payment, document before CFO's approval;
- Control, internal audit subsidiaries in group if necessary;
- Oversee financial reporting, including profit/loss analysis, balance sheet and compliance requirements.
- Follow and update Capital Reserves fund for Owner committee;
- Other works assigned by CFO.
