Finance Analyst (FP&A Focus)

Our client, a well-established multinational in the food & beverage manufacturing space, is hiring a Finance Analyst to support financial planning, commercial analysis, and cash flow management for the organization.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Partner with BOD, JV partners, and stakeholders on business plans, budgets, forecasts, and initiative assessments
Own monthly/yearly closing, KPI tracking, and variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods
Manage TM1 input for actuals, forecasts, budgets, and 5YP/10YP reporting across BS, P&L, and Cash Flow
Deliver financial presentations to management, region, and group
Manage and forecast cash flow during tight periods; support audit processes
Commercial Analysis
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Planning, and Logistics on business performance and market trend analysis
Evaluate commercial programs and CAPEX/investment initiatives pre- and post-implementation
Assess risk on new and existing deals; support pricing decisions
Design and implement process optimization initiatives
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
5+ years in financial analysis, commercial finance, or FP&A
Strong TM1 and financial reporting systems proficiency
