Position Summary
Factory productivity analysis, Overhead cost control, Manufacture cost forecast and budget based on the production volume forecast.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Work with Production departments for the accuracy of the Work Order data.
Analyze the Labor usage and Material usage. Follow up with Production departments to improve productivity.
Do the Monthly manufacture forecast and the Annual manufacture budget, including labor usage, Indirect labor headcount and payroll, depreciation, maintenance, supplies costs.
Work with Production Engineering team to maintain an accurate routing (line setup and standard labor usage) in system to reflect true product cost.
Answer questions from related departments related to product costs, including Bill of Materials, Labor routing and overhead allocation.
