Overview:
The role involves consolidating and analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with the company's financial goals. This position requires a proactive mindset to propose cost-saving initiatives and improve financial performance through in-depth reporting and risk evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial analysis reports to support internal reviews and business decisions
- Monitor project CAPEX to ensure alignment with approved budgets
- Review departmental order requests for compliance with budget guidelines
- Collect and consolidate data from different departments for budgeting and forecasting
- Assist in variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and provide preliminary insights
- Maintain financial models, spreadsheets, and databases with high accuracy
- Support the development of cost control tools and internal financial reports
- Participate in finance process improvement initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned by the Financial Controller
Yêu cầu
Experience:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or external auditing (experience at an audit firm is a plus)
- Prior experience in CAPEX tracking, budgeting, or cost control is highly preferred
Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (experience with SAP is an advantage)
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks under guidance
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic English skills (especially for reading reports and internal communication) are a plus
Education & Certifications:
University graduate with a major in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
