What role will you play as Finance and Accounting Trainee

support Tax-Audit-Insurance compliance, and drive Continuous

You are the game-changer in 12 months (June 2024 - June 2025)
● Support the Commercial Finance team in analyzing sales data, market
trends, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market share.
● Assist with the development and evaluation of business cases for new
product launches, promotional campaigns, and other commercial
initiatives.
● Participate in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring
compliance with local.
● Assist with internal and external audit processes by providing necessary
financial data and supporting documentation.
● Contribute to the management of the company's insurance policies,
including the assessment of risk exposure and the recommendation of
appropriate coverage.
● Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for
process optimization within the finance and accounting department.
● Support the Accounts Receivable (AR) team in managing customer
credit, collections, and cash applications, aiming to improve cash flow
● Analyze AR data to produce actionable insights, reporting on key
performance indicators such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and
aging balances.
