1. Planning & Forecasting
Prepare the annual budget plan and monthly rolling forecasts.
Monitor and control budgets for the Commercial Division and Management Division.
Develop and track KPIs for the Commercial Division and Management Division.
2. Business Performance Control
Monitor operating expenses of the Commercial Division and Management Division against budget to ensure spending remains within approved limits.
Analyze variances between actual expenses and budget, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for the Commercial Division and Management Division.
Provide financial advisory support to the Commercial Division and Management Division.
3. Evaluation of Business Support Programs
Evaluate the effectiveness of business support initiatives, including marketing campaigns, new product launches, and other commercial programs.
4. Digital Transformation
Design, develop, and enhance reports and dashboards to measure and monitor the business performance of the Commercial Division and Management Division.
5. Reporting
Issue management reports and ad-hoc analytical reports as requested by management.
Consolidate and prepare company-wide management reports.
