Mô tả công việc
• Manage full spectrum of accounting and finance operations
• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports to support strategic decision making
• Ensure compliance with Vietnam accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Handle tax filings, audits, and liaison with external auditors, banks, and government authorities
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, costing, and overall financial performance
• Analyze financial results and identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency
• Supervise and guide accounting staff while strengthening internal controls and accounting procedures
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities
• Handle manufacturing costing and inventory accounting
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with business goals
• Experience in import/export accounting is an advantage
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam accounting and taxation regulations
• Proficient in preparing financial and management reports
• Experience with accounting software / ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• English communication ability preferred
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
