JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the financial health of BDH, professional focuses on financial reporting, planning, performance analysis, and strategic support for Board of Management's business decision-making.
Accountabilities: FINANCE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY: Working in a team-based structure, co-accountable with colleagues and General Director for budgeting, forecasting, and delivering insights that drive business performance.
MANAGEMENT/FINANCIAL REPORTING: Prepare monthly Management reports and dashboards for country level and corporate consolidation
Implement financial routines and key performance measures to provide regular feedback on company performance to key stakeholders.
BUDGETING AND FORECAST: Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
Develop and maintain financial models
FINANCIAL ANALYSIS: Monitor and analyze monthly financial results vs budget/forecast
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Provide actionable insights to improve performance
Build detailed models for scenario planning and what-if analysis
BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & PROJECTS: Provide recommendations for reporting process improvements
Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and investment decisions.
Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop business plans for the company, establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedure.
Other duties as assigned by General Director. Advising the General Director and the department on financial matters.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in finance or Accounting.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
Experience in a senior financial-management role, partnering with executive staff, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies.
Experience working with information technology staff to manage finance and accounting software packages.
Vietnamese and fluently in English.
Effective communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to self-manage, prioritize.
Ability to adapt for a frequent traveling job, proactive, and a team player.
