Finance Executive(Fluent English)

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Perform day-to-day operation of book keeping.
Ensure records of expenditures are accurately updated in the accounting system with the correct account code.
Negotiate and process the requisition for advance, COD and credit payment terms with vendors.
Track and record the transactions related to assets including new purchase, internal transfer and liquidation.
Prepare the fixed assets depreciation periodically.
Conduct the periodical fixed assets inspection and stock take and reconcile with the current assets list.
Record and monitor the operating expenses & account payables.
Manage and monitor the liabilities and cashflow of the company.
Prepare monthly payroll, claims, employee benefit expenses and relevant costs.
Execute the payment through online transfers, cheque and petty cash issuances.
Prepare the monthly bank reconciliation of the bank accounts and petty cash account.
Generate and monitor the monthly expenses budget vs actual expenses.
Prepare and submit tax return documents for PIT and FCT following Vietnamese Tax Law including the tax finalizations.
Prepare and submit the statistical reports to State Authorities.
Prepare, handle and complete the legal documents and procedures such as renewal of the regional office registration.
Assist in compiling the required documents for HQ (Singapore) to consolidate the audited account.
Work closely with project managers to monitor on the budgeting vs actual cost of the project costing.
Collating project costing and work closely with HR on determining the project bonus budget.
Prepare the yearly operating budget vs previous year record of the Vietnam office.
