Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day finance operations, including reviewing, verifying,
and reconciling invoices, as well as posting transactions into the
accounting system.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry into the financial accounting
system.
• Manage petty cash and employee reimbursement claims.
• Monitor payment and collection status, following up with relevant
stakeholders.
• Liaise with the regional finance team to prepare necessary
documentation.
• Maintain an organized filing system for easy tracking and retrieval of
financial records.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls in administrative and
accounting processes.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Pivot Tables.
• A Diploma in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting (preferred).
• Hardworking, self-disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.

Working Hours: 5.5 days/week
• Monday to Friday: 8:30 - 17:30 (including a 1-hour lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00)
• Saturday: 8:30 - 13:00
