Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-potential Finance Management (Expert) to support financial planning, analysis, and operations for a fast-scaling global robotics company.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong foundational finance capabilities, who are eager to grow, learn, and adapt in a dynamic startup environment. You will work closely with leadership across functions (R&D, Manufacturing, Business, Investment) to ensure financial discipline while supporting rapid expansion and global ambitions.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across R&D, manufacturing, and business functions.
• Prepare and analyze management reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Monitor and control costs, cash flow, and operational spending, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business cases, investments, and new initiatives.
• Assist in fundraising activities, financial modeling, and preparation of materials for investors.
• Support financial aspects of international expansion, including new market entry and entity setup.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and support coordination with accounting, audit, and tax functions.
• Contribute to building financial processes, systems, and governance frameworks suitable for a scaling organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant education and experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 5-8 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting roles.
• Background in professional environments such as multinational corporations, Big4, or large conglomerates.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in technology, manufacturing, or high-growth environments is a plus.
• Exposure to investment, fundraising, or international business operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and business case development.
• Understanding of IFRS or international financial practices is a plus.
Personality/ Attitude
• High learning agility and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-scaling environment.
• Strong analytical thinking with a business-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, hands-on, and willing to take ownership beyond defined scope.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working under pressure with a high level of accountability
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
