AIM OF THE JOB:
The aim of this job to make sure the finance - accounting of the company operate correctly according to the Group tendency and comply the local law.
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES.
- General Buties:
+ The financial manager will play an important role in building up the new organization and ensure all vital areas under the financial management will be established and duly maintained: periodic reporting, financial controlling, bookkeeping, tax liability management, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial consulting, investment management of the business, assisting managers in making strategic decisions.
+ Besides, the financial manager will be in charge of all above mentioned areas and must cooperate closely with our local management as well as the financial management at the HQ in Denmark. The Manager must be able to work with assigned tasks independently and therefore it is important the candidate has working experience and is familiar with relevant local laws and regulations.
+ Guiding the FIN staff when they did not clear the jobs.
+ Find out solution for the issued.
+ Reconcile balance sheet (accrued and prepaid expenses).
+ Overview weekly tasks.
- Periodic tasks:
+ Control expenses and costs and report major deviations (Cost accounting).
+ Provide local management with KPIs and relevant reports as well as HQ in Denmark.
+ Analyse and monitor key figures.
+ Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and local legislation.
+ Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as State Revenue Service.
+ Ensure correct insurance covering and protection of the company's assets, employees.
+ Attend in development of ERP-systems.
+ Implement and follow up on local and general working procures in the company.
+ In cooperation with management team the financial manager attends in implementing changes according to management decisions.
- Reporting and financial management:
This part of the job is based on updated Trial balance sheet for making reports to local management and HQ in Denmark.
+ Prepare monthly and annual management report.
+ Prepare and manage budgets for the factory.
+ Prepare cost and budget controlling and cash flow budgets.
- Other Duties: To handle other assignment from Director, VN CFO, HQ
- Rights: To receive needed information for task execution.

- Experience with staff management and teamwork.
- Ability to make decisions and plan works in line with set objectives
- Excellent cooperative and communication skills.
- Ability to act quickly and the quality of stress resistance.
- Good Vietnamese and English knowledge.
