Description
Responsibilities:
Shape and execute financial strategy aligned with business goals, providing insights to support growth, automation, and operational improvement initiatives.
Lead capital and operating budget management, evaluate investments, build business cases, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Drive long-range financial planning, model future scenarios, and identify opportunities to enhance EBITDA, cash flow, and asset productivity.
Refine costing models and pricing strategies while implementing cost initiatives to improve margins and boost competitiveness.
Establish agile financial controls and partner with plant leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights, manage risk, and promote a decision-focused culture.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a strong advantage.
* Solid knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
* Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire teams.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus.
