Finance Manager (Lodgis)

• Experience in the same position or similar.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years working experience, with at least 3 years in audit or real estate/ hospitality industry preferred
• Able to travel if so required within the Indochina Region (mainly domestically within Vietnam)
• Self- starter able to work unsupervised and hands on in mindset and approach.
• Strong knowledge in using all Microsoft applications.
• Experience in compiling Power Point and financial presentations.
• Efficient yet effective communication skills being able to liaise with other departments within the firm as well as 3rd party firms
• A do whatever it takes attitude to meet tight timelines at times.
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English both spoken and written
• Able to represent the Head of the Division if so required.
• Takes pride in their work, a team player.
• Being part of a small but energetic, motivated team able to take on tasks which may be outside their normal comfort, work scope if so required.
