• Manage the accounting team in the North by streamlining and enhancing the operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Oversee finance and accounting operations and company secretarial documents.
• Responsible for the financial planning, management reporting and financial performance analyses, budget, forecast, cash flow management, credit control, tax planning and reporting.
+ Review and develop the internal control accounting - financial procedures and policies
+ Provide professional financial advice to BU head.
+ Work closely with finance teams in the company.
+ Manage and communicate with external auditors, tax consultants, legal advisers and banks
+ Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
+ Perform ad hoc assignments when needed
- Give finance advice/alert + action to improve the business performance.
- Make financial performance, internal & financial report on time + analysis.
- Control % average collection/ credit sale.
- Tax + other statutory report: Un-expected non-compliance matters caused negative financial impact.
- Cash optimization: Cash flow forecast accuracy & utilizing of the idle cash (% of financial income/ average balance of cash) - forex gain & losses would be off-set.
- Upgrade yourself in Skills, knowledge... by participating internal/ external courses periodically.
