A leading multinational company is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee its full finance operations in Vietnam.
Description
As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
* Preparing accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management review.
* Developing and monitoring budgets to ensure effective cost control.
* Overseeing compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
* Managing cash flow and optimizing financial resources for business operations.
* Providing strategic financial advice to support decision-making processes.
* Coordinating with external auditors to complete audits efficiently.
* Implementing and maintaining robust internal controls and financial systems.
* Leading and mentoring the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CMA, CPA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
* Proven experience in financial reporting, strategic planning, and business partnering.
* Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations, compliance standards, and local accounting practices.
* Prior experience in a commercial or manufacturing environment is essential.
* Effective leadership and team management capabilities.
* Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
* High integrity, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
