Key Responsibilities
Financial Control & Reporting
Maintain robust accounting controls in line with regulations and company policies
Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reports
Oversee costing, inventory, and COGS in a manufacturing environment
Identify and manage financial, tax, and compliance risks
Budgeting & Cost Management
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
Analyze variances and provide insights to support business decisions
Business Partnering (Manufacturing)
Partner with the Plant Manager to align finance with operations
Work closely with
Purchasing, Logistics, and Production on cost control and efficiency
Support business improvements and investment decisions
Tax, Audit & Stakeholder Management
Act as the main contact for auditors, tax authorities, and consultants
Handle tax matters including VAT, CIT, and transfer pricing
Systems & Process Improvement
Ensure data accuracy within ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
Team Leadership
Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring compliance and performance
