Description
* Responsible for reviewing and improving the internal process and control procedure
* Review with the accounting manager the reconciliations and work jointly to improve the level of control and compliance.
* Work with relevant finance teams to improve the billing and cost controlling
* Be a team player who can work and inspire the finance department to increase control, efficiency and visibility
* Ensure the accuracy and propriety of all financial data and reports are maintained and prepared for the Company and Group of company in compliance with accounting policy and local law
* Work together with FPA and accounting team to ensure timely and accurate annual, interim budgeting, periodic forecasting, cash flow projection.
* Review various reports on costing calculation, inventory valuation, output computation to identify improvements in accuracy and efficiency.
* End to end billing cycle - review, identify and implement processes to reduce revenue leakage and ensure timelier billing
* Review and perform financial evaluation/ cost-benefit analysis for new project/ capex proposal
* Identify areas to improve business efficiencies and reduce costs
Profile
* Strong Knowledge of VAS (Vietnamese Accounting Standard) + IFRS.
* Overall combined accounting, costing and finance experience in manufacturing environment
* Experience with developing, implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and internal controls
* Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial forecasts and projections, and analytical review
* Experience with Import/Export Customs declaration is desired
* Advanced User of Excel ERP's
