Description
* Responsible for reviewing the internal process and control procedures
* This role will be a leading role bridging Finance, IT and business processes.
* Working with relevant departments and IT to identify system gaps and requirements
* Review with the business, IT and finance our current systems.
* Evaluate and 1-2 other ERP system and make a proposal based on cost, timeline, business requirements on which solution will help business processes make a major leap forward.
* Once the plan is approved - be the main finance lead who coordinates and works on implementing the selected system as per the plan and timeline.
* Be a team player who can work and inspire the business to be much more system integrated, to increase control, efficiency and visibility.
* Be a leader in change management.
* Review and understand end to end finance processes.
* Identify, propose and implement improvements to make processes more effective and efficient.
* Automate processes by working with IT and relevant functions to reduce manual work and use the existing system better
* Work with the IT director to map out the business needs vs the existing system requirements and capabilities
* Review Epicor and 1-2 other ERP system to re-confirm long term ERP choice
* Propose to the board of management the plan + a timeline next steps and for implementation
* Ensure compliance to statutory law, finance, and tax regulations.
* Other ad hoc tasks assigned by BOD.
Profile
* Education & Major:Finance/ Accounting/ Audit / IT
* License & Certificate: Bachelor/ Master ; Optional: CPA/ ACCA/ CMA/ CFA
* English level : Advanced
* Computer skill and/or software : Excellent user of MS office (Excel, Word, PPT), ERP
* Knowledge of VAS (Vietnamese Accounting Standard) + IFRS
* Overall combined accounting, costing and finance experience in manufacturing environment
* Experience with developing, implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and internal controls
* Experience in selecting and implementing an ERP system.
* No. of general work experience : 5-10 years finance/ accounting experience
* No. of related work experience : At least 3 years experience in selecting and implementing ERP systems
* Strong business acumen and excellent logic and reasoning skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
* Decision-making skills and judgement
* Able to handle multiple tasks
* Able to identify quickly the main risks and opportunities for improvement 85
