Jinjiang Shipping Logistics (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. is a logistics joint venture established in Vietnam with Shanghai Jinjiang Shipping (Group) Co., Ltd. as the controlling shareholder and Gemadept Vietnam Joint Stock Company as the equity shareholder. The main business is logistics services, including freight forwarding, container storage, repair, cleaning and other services. Committed to maintaining the concepts of professionalism, innovation and responsibility, we provide high-quality services to domestic and international customers in Vietnam.
1. Cost accounting
• Review payment requests and budgets.
• Record vouchers under standards for Chinese and Vietnamese.
• Calculate SOA exchange loss (or gain).
2. Revenue accounting
• Calculate revenue report based on data provided by the Business department.
• Record vouchers under standards for Chinese and Vietnamese.
• Record the balance of accounts receivable and send it to the Business department.
3. Statement accounting
• Adjustment vouchers arising from differences in standards in Vietnamese book.
• Prepare the separate financial statements under Vietnamese standards.
4. Asset accountant
• Prepare accounting vouchers for the addition, repair, sale, and scrapping of fixed assets.
• Calculate depreciation of fixed assets.
5. Cashier
• Export bank receipt data for both office and send it to relevant staff.
• Make domestic and oversea payments.
• Organize and safeguard bank account statements.
• Review cash receipts and payments vouchers within the financial system.
• Withdraw cash.
6. Statement accounting
• Prepare the consolidate statements under Vietnamese standards.
• Record the differences in statements between the two sets of accounting standards.
7. Budget accounting
• Prepare annual budget.
• Monthly tracking of budget completion progress and analysis of reasons.
8. Financial MIS
• Upgrade financial MIS.
Yêu cầu

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or higher, major in finance or related major.
2. Have good command of the relevant laws and regulations, such as Vietnam's financial accounting system and tax laws.
3. Be able to skillfully use computers to handle daily affairs, have strong learning ability, and quickly master the application of designated software.
4. The applicant must have good professional ethics and teamwork spirit, as well as excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively handle internal and external relations.
5. Have good written and oral communication skills in Chinese.
