Mô tả công việc

- Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of various strategic options and business decisions
- Research macroeconomic trends, industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to identify potential growth drivers and risks
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, business expansion, and cost optimization
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to monitor and communicate the financial performance and health of the company
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by senior management and stakeholders
- Prepare and analyze financial analysis, forecasts, and variance analyses for senior management
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams, such as accounting, sales, marketing, operations, human resources... to provide financial insights and recommendations

Knowledge & abilities:
- A beautiful mind with numbers
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Understanding of accounting treatment and consolidation (VAS, IFRS)
- Data-driven mindset
- Strategic thinking and risk management mindset is nice to have
Experience:
- 1.5+ years of experience as an equity research analyst
- Or 2-3 years of experience in FP&A
- Or 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance
- Having worked in at least 1 excel-related automation project is a plus
Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Financial modeling
- Experience BI tool, and data visualization software is a plus
- Understanding VBA Excel is a plus
Degree:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- In the process of pursuing CFA, ACCA, or CPA Vietnam is a plus.
