Finance Supervisor

Job Summary
You will lead the local finance function, ensuring strict alignment with group policies, accounting standards, and compliance requirements. You will drive risk management, cross-BU collaboration, and internal control execution, while maintaining strong communication with local authorities, regional teams, and global headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
1. Policy Implementation & Compliance
• Fully implement group financial policies, accounting standards, and internal controls across local operations.
• Ensure monthly/quarterly/year-end closing processes, statutory reporting, and tax filings comply with group requirements.
2. Risk Management & Control
• Establish and execute local risk identification and prevention mechanisms.
• Collaborate across Business Units (BU) to strengthen communication, early warning, and control of key risks (e.g., compliance, cash flow, operational data).
3. Stakeholder Communication
• Communicate effectively with local tax authorities, banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with regional/headquarters teams to ensure consistent interpretation and execution of global standards.
4. Cross-BU Collaboration (Core Requirement)
• Facilitate communication and coordination across different Business Units and functions.
• Support cross-functional decision-making by providing financial insights, risk assessments, and compliance recommendations.
