Mô tả công việc
I, The Detail Job Description:
1. Responsible for reviewing original documents, preparing accounting vouchers, and settling monthly and annual accounts;
2. Responsible for liaising with audit firms;
3. Responsible for bank reconciliation;
4. Responsible for maintaining financial software servers;
5. Responsible for fuel value accounting;
6. Assist in balancing fuel stocks based on fuel purchases and consumption;
7. Participate in month-end and year-end fuel inventory;
8. Monitor and manage contracts and documents of contractors related to factory construction;
9. Monitor, record and manage new purchase, liquidation of assets;
10. Monitor and calculate depreciation expenses, historical cost, remaining value of assets;
11. Conduct periodic inventory of fixed assets or as required by management, audit....
12. Responsible for other related work.
Yêu cầu
II, Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. No more than 35 years old;
3. Major in finance, economic management, trade, etc;
4. At least 3 years working experience in similar position;
5. Familiar with VAS and IFRS;
6. Fluent in English;
7. Proficient in Yonyou or other accounting software.
