Position Summary:
As a financial analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, tracking and controlling the expense of our company. This position offers the opportunity to work in an international and professional environment and opportunities to learn from excellent colleagues.
Job description:
1. Cost analysis and cost control: Analyze the cost of the company, identify the opportunity to cut costs, and contribute to cost control activities
2. Weekly report: prepare the regular weekly report, focusing on key items, and provide analysis on big variance compared to forecast and previous month
3. Support the monthly and quarterly closing processes: assist in the preparation monthly and quarterly management financial report, including: balance sheet, income statement, and cashflow
4. Assist
finance manager to prepare budget and forecast and other ad-hoc reports
5. Assist with internal and external audits
6. Short-term (6 months) Invoicing and AR management: Responsible for invoice issuance, AR reconciliation and AR confirmation
7. Other works as assigned by Finance Manager
Yêu cầu
Requirement:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing company or in big 4 accounting firms
2. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
3. High integrity and acting with due diligence
4. Proficiency in MS Excel
5. Knowledge about Power BI or other analytics tools is an advantage
6. Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
7. Attention to detail
8. Professional certifications such as ACCA, or equivalent are advantages
