Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process for various revenue and expense categories, analyzing historical data and industry trends to generate reliable projections.
- Manage accounts payable, processing invoices, verifying vendor documentation, and ensuring timely payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for informed decision-making to management.
- Assist with financial planning and analysis projects, including cost analysis, capital budgeting, and investment evaluation.
- Maintain internal controls and documentation for assigned financial processes.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or Controller.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP.
- Proficient in financial analysis and modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial analysis software.
- Communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing
